One of the biggest challenges so far. We were chosen the official DMC of the congress and that was a big responsibility, we managed the logistics of a total of 1400 pax across 7 different projects for different clients where we had a good variety of services. From the actual EHA we managed 5 dinners for up to 475 pax, shuttle services, speakers, chief hostesses, 680 gifts…Among the other projects we had an additional 5 dinners, transfers for 200 pax, complete management of a meeting including accommodation and a team onsite of 7 project managers. It was a hectic at the moment but now looking back at it, the satisfaction of a good job is the most rewarding thing ever.
