A week-long event with a 5-day program that brought together around 300 leading scientific and clinical experts from around the world. Attendees from various academic centers gathered to share knowledge, technology, and data to advance cancer immunotherapy research. The event featured a full schedule, including a plenary session, simultaneous meetings, receptions, poster sessions, a technology fair, and various F&B services, such as buffet lunches, coffee breaks, and outdoor dinners.

My role was to manage F&B services and coordinate the meetings at the Movenpick Hotel in Amsterdam for Roche Pharmaceuticals, in partnership with Parexel.
