A 4-day event for the Danfoss kick-off, a leading company in energy efficiency technologies, which brought together 300 participants from around the world. The event included the full management of the hotel, coordination of activities, off-site dinners, and transfers for the attendees. My main responsibility was overseeing the complete logistics of the social program, which involved planning all social activities and ensuring every detail aligned with the client’s expectations. I worked closely with the Irish agency Eventcomms to ensure the event ran smoothly and that attendees had a unique and enriching experience.
