02 SECOND
The journey
We prepare a detailed and tailor-made quotation and send it to you as quickly as possible. After sending this first proposal we will support you with any questions that may arise, as well as with the necessary changes.
03 THIRD
Before the event
Once the event is confirmed, we define all the details together to secure your programme and define the site inspection visit if necessary.
04 FOURTH
The performance
During the event, we are present in each of the operations (reception of guests, registration, transfers, activities, dinners…). We know how important it is to always have a professional by your side.
05 FIFTH
The closing
At the end of the event, we close the event as soon as possible and hold a post-event meeting. The aim of this meeting is to evaluate the satisfaction of the event, in terms of suppliers, content, service provided by Nolam… In each event we improve, we get to know each other and we streamline the processes in a personalised way, making each new project we develop together better than the previous one.
