We prepare a detailed and tailor-made quote for you and send it in the shortest possible time. After sending this first proposal, we will support you with any doubts that may arise, as well as with the necessary changes.

Prior logistics
Once the event is confirmed, we define all the details together to ensure your program and define the inspection visit if necessary.
04 FOURTH
On-site assistance
During the event, we will be present in each of the operations (guest reception, registration, transfers, activities, dinners…). We are very aware about how important it is to always have a contact person on site.
05 FIFTH
Closing
After finishing the event, we will close it as soon as possible and we will be attentive to any comment that you want to send us in order to continue collaborating together.
