A week-long operation with a 5-day program where around 300 world-leading scientific and clinical experts meet for research, with attendees from 21 academic centers to access and share technology, data and expertise to advance the science of cancer immunotherapy. A complex meeting program with a plenary hall, simultaneous auxiliary meetings, receptions, poster sessions, technology fair and different FB services such as buffet lunches, coffee breaks and outdoor dinners. At this event, F&B and meetings were managed at the Westin Bayshore Hotel in Vancouver for the PAREXEL agency.
